Build Experience

Focused on creating a rewarding internship experience, managers work closely with Human Resources to develop meaningful projects that combine the development of professional skillsets and real-world experience in your chosen field.

With the support of their manager, interns will research and create business recommendations to support one of the System’s organizational goals.

Students present their project and solutions to leadership, maximizing their exposure and impact on The Community Solution.
